🏏 Coach Paul Jefimenko Re-Signs for Another Season at Heathmont!

Heathmont Cricket Club is thrilled to announce that Paul Jefimenko has re-signed as Club Coach for the upcoming 2025/26 season!

A respected figure both on and off the field, Paul has been instrumental in driving our club forward, fostering a strong team culture, and mentoring players across all levels. His passion for cricket and dedication to the development of our playing group has seen the club continue to grow in strength, unity, and performance.

Since taking on the coaching role, Paul has brought energy, professionalism, and a strong focus on development—attributes that align perfectly with the vision of Heathmont Cricket Club. Under his leadership last season, we saw emerging talent take big strides and witnessed some fantastic team and individual achievements across all grades.

Club President Matt Carr welcomed the news, saying:

“Paul has become a central part of our club culture. His knowledge, leadership, and genuine care for our players have made a real impact. We’re excited to have him leading the charge again this season.”

Paul also shared his thoughts on the his decision to join us for another year:

“It’s a privilege to coach this great club. We’ve built something special, and I’m excited about where we’re headed. There’s plenty of hard work ahead, but I’m confident in the group we’ve got and what we can achieve together.”

While we're in the depths of footy now, pre-season is just around the corner and we’re looking forward to another big year under Paul’s guidance.
