HCC Annual General Meeting 2025

The AGM will be held on Wednesday 23rd July 2025 at H.E. Parker Reserve Pavilion (clubrooms). The AGM will start at 7.30pm. Please find attached links to the Notice of the AGM & the minutes from last year's AGM.
Please note that ALL committee positions are vacated at the AGM and we therefore seek nominations from the member group for each position. If you believe that you can contribute to the running of the Club, please fill in the nomination form and/or expression of interest and return via email by Friday 18 July 2025 or alternatively nominations will be accepted on the night of the meeting.
