Heathmont Cricket Club Endorses Cricket Victoria's Child Safety Policies

At Heathmont Cricket Club, we believe that cricket is more than just a game - it's a community. As part of our commitment to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants, especially our youngest players, we are proud to formally endorse Cricket Victoria’s child safety policies.

The safety, wellbeing, and protection of children and young people involved in our sport is our highest priority. In line with the standards set by Cricket Victoria and the Victorian Government’s Child Safe Standards, we are fully committed to creating a culture of safety, respect, and accountability across all levels of our club.

These policies guide our recruitment practices, interactions with juniors, training and education of volunteers, and ensure we have effective procedures in place to prevent and respond to any concerns.
