The Heathmont Cricket Club Life Member's list is our Hall of Fame. One glance at the names and you can see the club's rich history laid out, the lasting legacy of generations of families, all passionate about Heathmont Cricket.
To say it takes something special to be nominated is an understatement. It's not just prowess on the field, service to the club covers all facets of operations and even then, there are passionate discussions between surviving life members and the committee, before it is even brought to the Club.
To have a year with TRIPLE nominations seems fitting after the huge success of our 25/26 Season - a rare honour in our Club's History.
It is rare for any club to find itself discussing the Life Membership eligibility of three such accomplished and deserving individuals. Their list of accolades places them among the greatest Crickets the club has ever seen and has rewritten the definition of service to the club. Their collective contribution to Heathmont Cricket Club continues to shape generations of players, volunteers and the club itself.
We are proud to celebrate the outstanding contributions of Ben Morris, David Winduss, and Russell Hall, officially recognising them as Life Members on Wednesday 22nd July at the 25/26 Season AGM.
